We have conducted investigations on behalf of owners and insurance companies regarding buildings that have deteriorated due to illegal drug operations. We co-authored a significant report for the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) entitled, Recommendations for the assessment and remediation of properties formerly used as illegal drug operations.
